We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and if for any reason you are not, please return it within 14 days (Used equipment within 7 days) and we will replace, exchange, repair or refund it at your request - subject to the following conditions:
- All goods must be returned with all components, accessories, packaging, instructions, warranty cards etc and must be in unused, as new condition.
- Second hand goods should be returned in the same condition they left our premises and with any instruction manuals supplied also included.
- Digital products can only be accepted if the software is still sealed and in as new condition.
- Packaging and ancillary items should be in as new condition with all packagings etc.
- This offer does not apply to film or other sensitised materials.
- Proof of purchase must be supplied, we will not accept bank statements.
- We will not refund any items that have been customised to your specification.
NOTE: This does not affect your statutory rights.
